21st Century Executive Development: From Insights to Infinity

  • Executive development journeys are typically high touch, high investment endeavours but it is common for a chunk of this activity to be outsourced, so it doesn’t always feel truly joined up and integrated.
  • By standing up an in-house Executive Insights service, Lloyds Banking Group (LBG)has created a new HR value stream; one that partners with Executives to translate assessment data into meaningful onward development journeys and, in the process, gives them a “voice at the table” in top table Talent processes.
  • In this session, you will hear about the design, scale up and roll out of the LBG Prescient Executive service that launched in January 2023; the things that worked and the things we could have done differently.

Shaping the New Company Culture With Generation Diversity

MBH Bank is a new bank in Hungary: It was launched on 1 May 2023 through a unique and triple merger in Europe. During the merger, not only 3 banking structures, but also a diverse employee community of 3 generations had to be transformed into one as part of the new company culture.
Leveraging the best practices, cultural values, talents and outstanding leaders of each member bank, we created a diverse, inclusive team capable of seamless collaboration. We introduced our generational diversity program as the key element of our new HR strategy, showcasing its effectiveness in aligning which and achieving MBH Bank’s strategic goals – acknowledged by multinational awards.
As one of the biggest key players in the Hungarian labor market, we have a significant responsibility towards all our employees – from apprentices and entry-level to senior, experienced colleagues, as everyone's role in our organization is equally important.
We would like to share the successful journey we made and share our best HR practices.
